Road 2 Results Fitness Challenge – Challenge Starts Monday April 2nd – Challenge Ends Monday May 1st
Make the commitment! The first step to a lifestyle change is committing to it! Ask yourself “Am I really serious about this journey?” 30 days of consistency could change your life! Picture yourself at the pool this summer. Who do you want to be? What do you want to look like?
Challenge Rules:
#1 – you must take before and after pics with our professional photographer. This is how the winner of the challenge will be selected. It is a must! We will not post any photos without the winner/participants permission.
#2 – you must commit to attending 2 step classes per week in the month of April. (Tuesday & Thursday – 7/7:30pm – 8/8:30pm). If you miss any classes you are disqualified from the challenge.
#3 – complete your home workouts (not mandatory but suggested) the workouts are simple and effective for ultimate results.
#4 – follow your personalized meal plan. Each meal plan will be catered to you! To achieve maximum results diet is #1!
#5 – make a commitment to stick to the 30 days! No one is perfect, but aim to change into a better you!
Entry fee for the challenge is $25.

Winner – cash prize and step till you sweat dvd with a stepper, personal training session with Shane McMullan
